2024 Christmas Card
Thank You for Sharing the Beauty of Hazel Grove
Winter is here, and we’ve been blown away by the incredible photos we have received for this year’s Festive Holiday Card Competition. From frosty mornings to snow-covered landscapes, these snapshots perfectly capture the magic of our area at this time of year.
Last year’s winning photo — the winter sun rising over a snow-dusted Romiley Golf Course — was a tough act to follow. But this year’s submissions are truly stunning, and we’re so excited to share them with you all.
Help Spread the Festive Cheer
A huge thank you to everyone who submitted photos and helped us celebrate the season. If you’d like to go one step further, why not help deliver the holiday cards in your area? It’s a great way to spread some festive cheer and connect with your community. Volunteer to Deliver Cards
Once again, thank you to everyone for taking part this year and making this tradition so special. Here’s to a warm and joyful winter!
2024 Christmas Card
This year’s Christmas card features a stunning photo of the Marple Railway Viaduct, taken by Rob Hodgson from Marple during the January 2010 winter whiteout that blanketed the UK.
The winning image, selected by Lisa Smart, takes pride of place on the cover of this year’s card, which is being sent to 45,000 homes across the constituency. It’s an especially meaningful card this year, as it’s Lisa’s first Christmas card as our MP.
